Happy January El Cerrito! We hope 2013 has been good thus far. Still wondering if you should make a new years resolution? How about making a commitment to support your local library with membership to the Friends of the El Cerrito Library? It’s only $10 for individuals, $15 for families, and $5 for students and seniors. With your dues you will get advance notice of book sales, voting privileges at the annual meeting and an annual newsletter. If you’re doing some New Year’s cleaning and you’ve got good used books that you’d like to donate to the library, you can bring them to the El Cerrito Library during open hours. We accept books, DVDS, books on tape, magazines that are not more than one year old, as well as science and mathematics textbooks. For more information, check out book donations.
